With us, you can choose to have your financial statements completed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on how closely you want to track your business. Once your statements are complete, at your request, we will review them with you and point out any areas that could lead to potential future issues.
SETUP & TRAINING: First thing’s first! We will help you set up your account with all the appropriate accounts pertaining to your business. We can even help you purchase accounting software with our Pro-Advisor’s Quickbook’s discount. During training, we will answer any questions you may have of the overall bookkeeping process and any technical bookkeeping questions you may have. We provide training on bookkeeping subjects ranging from data entry to bank reconciliations. Basic training and set-up for Quickbooks is $150.
PACKAGES pricing based on preferred level of involvement and number of transactions
Basic: Client inputs all data and reconciles bank accounts. We will review and check for errors and make appropriate adjustments for tax related items such as asset depreciation, liabilities, and equity accounts. starts at $85/month
Premium: Client inputs all data, we will verify all accounts and make tax related adjustments. starts at $99/month
Full-Service: Take the hassle out of your life by bringing in all bookkeeping documentation and we will handle the rest! starts at $125/month
We also offer bookkeeping services based on an hourly rate. Depending on how many transactions you have, the hourly rate might be more cost effective for you. We will bill based on whichever is more cost effective for you.
OTHER SERVICES
